The Loan Officer is responsible for originating mortgage loans by meeting with potential borrowers to determine appropriate product, obtain proper documentation and follow through with the entire loan process.

The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.COMPENSATION:Base Compensation Information– For residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City + other areas requiring disclosure:A large portion of a Loan Officer’s compensation is commission based. CMG pays base wages that are equivalent to minimum wage. Base wages for a non-exempt Loan Officer are a draw against commissions earned.
