• Successfully identify new prospective customers & generate quality loans.
• Plan & visit potential clients on a regular basis.
• Credit risk assessment & documentation of loan applicants.
• Site visits and follow-ups for recovery & delayed instalments.
• Address customers' queries & seek ways to improve performance & productivity.
• Establish strong relationships with current & potential clients.
• Mobilise and create awareness to attract potential clients for loan products and services.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Sales /undergraduate degree can also be considered.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Loan/Credit Officer in Banking and Non-Banking Financial Institutions.
