A Guest Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between the dealership and its guests to ensure high ranking on manufacturer surveys. Works with department managers to develop and administer guest relations program designed to build and retain a loyal guest base for both sales and service.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor is required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) a must
• Coordinates guest follow-up programs.
• Work closely with guests to set up and receive loaner vehicles while their vehicles are in the shop
• Assists in resolving guest complaints, and coordinates factory assistance when all dealership resources have been exhausted.
• Discusses dealership guest satisfaction standings with the general manager and department managers, monitoring significant changes and determining possible contributing factors
• Prepares monthly reports on the status of guest satisfaction in the dealership, including results of all factory-generated surveys.
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.
• Communicate with callers and guests in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Assist with clerical duties as requested such as scanning and shredding
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
