Position Overview

To provide expert-level administrative and operational support to the Loan Administration Division. As a member of the Administrative Operations team, your goal will be enhancing the performance and overall presentation of the Loan Administration division, as well as the entire credit union at-large. You will collaborate with others to deliver timely, accurate, innovative, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges and issues impacting the delivery of lending, team member, and member services across Loan Administration’s operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • 40% Answer and route all incoming calls from internal team members, external members and other 3rd party stakeholders to resolve questions, give directions, and fix potential problems regarding loan servicing.
  • 10% Sort all incoming FedEx, USPS, UPS, Staples and other contracted courier freight and packages for distribution to the business units within Loan Administration.
  • 10% As assigned by manager, participate on and have responsibility over deliverables for special project teams within LA.
  • 10% Create, sort, organize, and maintain all administrative office records, forms, and databases pertaining to Loan Administration. Provide basic accounts payable duties.
  • 10% Manage conference/meeting room scheduling detail to include dietary/meal, audio visual, and physical security requests as needed. Book executive travel arrangements.
  • 20% Assist with managing the contracted vendors providing services to the Wake Forest Road Operations Center. This includes scheduling, communications, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications

Required Education: HS Diploma or GED

Desired Education: Associates Acceptable Fields of Study: Business/ Sociology/ Communications/ Computer Science/ Psychology

Required Relevant Years of Experience: 0 years

Desired Relevant Experience: 2 years

Required Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

  • Previous project coordinator experience is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or other computer software with the ability to gain the skill of use with other programs/software.
  • Able to express oneself clearly when communicating (verbally and written).
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be able to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience gathering details from ambiguous situations.

Desired Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

  • Experience with large volume data-entry
  • Prior experience with Workday or other HRIS
  • Technical writing skills
