First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full Time Loan Administrative/Document Preparation position in our Operations Center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the preparation of loan documents for all types of loans
• Responsible for the booking of loans onto the Bank’s core system
• Interpret various documents/agreements as they relate to loans
• Responsible for a variety of activities to provide quality service to other Bank employees
• Responsible for a variety of reports and audit functions
• Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and comply with and all bank policies and procedures
• Assist in the processing of consumer and commercial real estate loans, including working with attorneys and title companies

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Banking experience is required
• Real estate loan document preparation experience is required
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and lending procedures preferred
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs
• Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary
