Key Responsibilities:
Process daily loan transactions, including disbursements, repayments, rollovers, and maintenance tasks.
Accurately create and maintain data in the system, ensuring it aligns with source documents by adhering to established data management techniques and procedures.
Review loan updates for completeness and accuracy, correcting any discrepancies before approving transactions.
Address loan servicing inquiries from the Business Unit and manage pre-processing tasks in a timely manner.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and provide support across departments as needed.
Meet tight deadlines to ensure that turnaround times for business-as-usual (BAU) transactions are met and service level agreements are fulfilled.
Contribute to workflow optimization by gathering feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Provide on-the-job training to team members.
Foster a positive mindset and holistic perspective among staff.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Proficient in spoken, written, and reading English.
Computer literate with strong skills in MS Office applications.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high quality and efficiency in work output.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
