Loading Support Services (LSS) provides 24-hour support to Motiva Distribution terminals, Outside Supply Points, Fuels Sales & Marketing, and the Distribution business. The LSS Analyst is responsible for the data maintenance of customer accounts at equity and outside supply point (OSP) terminals across the United States, as well as responsible for analyzing unbranded business results, reviewing contract performance and providing guidance to Pricing and Demand Management. The Specialist directly interfaces with various internal groups and communicates with our outside supply point terminal contacts to ensure timely and efficient account setups as well as provide analytical assistance to drivers having loading issues that may be related to customer set-ups
