The loader Operator Combi-Lift is to maintain a steady flow of empty coups for the loading crew. Remove the empty coup from the trailer and transport into the chicken house and set down on coup black which is set in place by the loading crew. The operator is required to transport filled coups out of the chicken house and load onto the awaiting trailer.
The loader operator must successfully pass the company's Powered Industrial Truck/Operators exam by a minimum score of 80%. A new operator must be trained by a qualified operator and deemed competent by the trainer before being released to work under minimal supervision.
All safety rules will be followed, and the operator will follow the Crew Supervisor instructions. Must be a team player and get along with others. Attendance is vital and reliable transportation is a must. Shifts start on Sunday and will run thru Thursday night. Occasionally work on weekends.
