What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a skid-steer, telehandler, front-end loader and excavator to support production and material handling.
  • Assist in day to day maintenance tasks on a mobile crushing plant, including plant break downs, setups and moves.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
  • Load materials efficiently to meet production and quality targets.
  • Communicate effectively with team members while following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operating procedures.
  • Capable of performing basic equipment checks and reporting issues promptly.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in various outdoor conditions.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
  • Plant moves across Southern Alberta and moves every 3-4 months. LOA and Accommodations are provided when plant is more than 1 hour away from Calgary cooperate limits.
