Operate the plant in accordance with all operator procedures/ training 13.0 (Training Checklist)

Including but not limited to: Operating the reduction process, cleaning filter presses, maintaining fume scrubbers, operation of the oxidation process, diverting finish product to the proper storage tank and cleaning various filters throughout the production process.

Track and record daily production numbers.

Run reduction tests every 2 hours, log results and make production adjustments

Disconnect and connect chlorine car as needed, fill out chlorine car paperwork, two party verification required.

Provide direction depending on supervisory status

Clean and maintain assigned areas

Sign drivers ferrous delivery paperwork and check sample.

Prep and drop presses

Consult with assistant plant manager daily

Safety and Training

Ensure all shift employees and drivers are safety and PPE compliant

Participate in all plant safety meetings.

Complete all required regulatory and safety training

Assist as necessary in maintaining plant security.

Participate in IIR’s, MOC’s and PHA’s

Train as team lead for emergency response
