Position Summary
The position is responsible for managing loads and route planning for customer orders.
Essential Functions
- Build loads and determine most effective route; dispatch drivers
- Take customer orders; provide customer service
- Determine effective asset and driver utilization
- Communicate with drivers and resolve and safety related concerns
- Travel to customer sites; maintain and build customer relationships
- Manage driver workloads

Qualifications

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Transportation and supervisory experience preferred
