Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the facility.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.
• Financial Management: Oversee the facility's budget, financial planning, and cost control.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Resident Care: Promote a resident-centered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
• Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care administration.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
