LMS Systems Coordinator

Eagle Farm, QLD, Australia (On-site)

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Training and Compliance Manager, the LMS Systems Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the training and compliance needs of Redpath’s Australian operations.

Based at our Eagle Farm Head Office in Brisbane, this is a Monday to Friday role responsible for the coordination and administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training information, course content and compliance records remain accurate, current and accessible across the business.

This position is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working with systems and data, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in keeping things organised. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, providing LMS support, coordinating training requirements and helping us continually improve the way we manage training and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of Redpath’s Learning Management System, eFront.
  • Provide system support and guidance to employees and stakeholders across the business.
  • Maintain and update training curriculums, courses and learning content.
  • Coordinate training requirements within the LMS across projects and operational teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and compliance records.
  • Develop and schedule regular training and compliance reporting.
  • Support the setup and development of training requirements for new projects.
  • Assist with course development and ongoing updates within the LMS.
  • Identify opportunities to improve LMS functionality, processes and the overall user experience.
  • Work closely with the Training and Compliance Manager and wider HSEQ team to support business requirements.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the HSEQ team as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll be someone who is comfortable working with systems, enjoys solving problems and understands the importance of accurate data and training records.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working with a Learning Management System or similar training platform.
  • Experience developing, updating or maintaining courses within an LMS.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data entry accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and current records.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach and strong commitment to internal customer service.

Highly Regarded

  • Previous experience using eFront or a similar LMS platform.
  • Experience within mining, resources, construction or another operational environment.
  • Exposure to training and competency management.
  • Experience working with management systems and controlled documents.
  • Previous experience supporting training, compliance or HSEQ teams.
