Job Description

The LMS Specialist & Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Learning Management Systems (LMS) within Global Security Operations, with a focus on Cornerstone On Demand and Workday Learning. This role combines expertise in LMS platforms with strong skills in reporting, metrics development, data analysis, and customer support. The position ensures effective learning program delivery, robust data tracking, actionable insights, and responsive support for internal users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS Administration & Support

·Administer and support LMS platforms (Cornerstone On Demand, Workday Learning), including user management, content updates, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

·Review, categorize, and action all training requests submitted to the team’s shared inbox, providing access to courses, resolving permission issues, and answering navigation questions.

·Work with senior administrators on complex requests and the setup of new training classes and modules.

·Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS users via email, Slack, and other business applications.

·Maintain and update training documentation, protocols, and standard operating procedures.

Reporting, Metrics, & Data Analysis

·Develop, track, and report on key learning and operational metrics to measure program effectiveness and support data-driven decision making.

·Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, summarizing training completion, engagement, compliance, and other relevant metrics.

·Create and maintain dashboards and reporting templates for real-time and scheduled data visualization.

·Identify trends in reported issues and training program performance, using data to inform improvements.

Process & Communication Excellence

·Design and update intake forms, process maps, and documentation to support training workflows and operational excellence.

·Develop and maintain templated responses for general questions to ensure consistency in communications.

·Organize, file, and tag emails for easy searching and record keeping.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align LMS reporting and analytics with business needs and compliance requirements.

·Enhance end user experience with LMS and related knowledge platforms (e.g., Google Sites, GSKP).

Training Program Support

·Support the development and implementation of e-learning, classroom, and webinar training programs by providing LMS expertise and reporting insights.

Qualifications:

Experience

·Minimum 1–2 years of experience in LMS administration, reporting, or customer support roles supporting internal users.

·3–5 years’ experience in LMS administration, reporting, or related technology roles (preferred).

·Experience with metrics development, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, dashboards, or similar platforms).

·Prior experience with Cornerstone On Demand and Workday Learning (required); experience with OnPoint LMS is a plus.

·Experience in Security Operations or training program support (preferred).

Education

·Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Technical Communications, or related fields; or 3+ years of relevant experience.

Skills & Tools

·Proficiency with LMS platforms (Cornerstone On Demand, Workday Learning).

·Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites), Office 365, and Outlook.

·Experience with business reporting and dashboard tools.

·Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
