This job is responsible for leading and directing local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supporting the local President within the Metro market. Key responsibilities include serving as coordinator/convener of the local market leadership team, driving Market Growth And Collaboration, and overseeing employee engagement and community impact. Job expectations include acting as a proxy for the local President in representing the bank both internally and externally in the assigned market. The Arkansas Market Executive leads and directs the local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supports the President of the Arkansas market. Responsible for partnering with the local market team to drive Market Growth and Collaboration, employee engagement and community impact. Acts as proxy for the President of the Arkansas market in representing the company in the local community and internal functions and events. Partners with the President of the Arkansas market in the leadership and execution of the three priorities:
