Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics Manage daily deliveries, optimize routes, monitor KPIs, and oversee 3PL partnerships.
Team Leadership Lead delivery teams, provide training, and assign roles.
Customer Service Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and implement tracking tools.
Technology & Improvement Utilize technology, analyze data, and enhance digital solutions.
Budget & Costs Control costs, negotiate contracts, and manage expenses.
Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Gender Female or Male, not over 40 years old
Education Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Experience 5+ years in last-mile delivery, logistics, or supply chain management.
Skills Strong team management and decision-making skills. Experience with logistics software & route optimization tools. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Language Fluent English, with conversational skills in Thai
