We’re looking for an energetic and inspiring Counter Manager to lead our Liz Earle team in one of our busiest and highest‑profile stores at the Trafford Centre.
What we’re looking for:
Someone with previous management or supervisory experience (beauty retail experience is a bonus but not essential)
A confident leader who can motivate a team and deliver exceptional customer service
Fully flexible, able to work across weekdays and weekends
Comfortable working late shifts – the store trades 10am–10pm, and you’ll typically work two 10pm finishes per week
