The Operations Supervisor assumes full responsibility of the food & beverage and retail operations at Living Shores. This position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and Retail Manager.
We are currently looking for a:
Living Shores - In Park Revenue Operations Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and control all financial aspects of assigned departments while maximizing revenue and cost savings opportunities; maintain constant vigilance over departmental spending and budgets; continuously evaluate current operations and recommend/implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve food quality, guest experience and employee satisfaction.
Act as a strategic visionary to implement measures that will favorably impact process, people, and/or profit
Act as an approachable mentor and coach to all assigned team members
Participate in all aspects of supervision of assigned employees, including hiring, orientation, training, performance coaching, and discipline.
Ensure that all required meal and other breaks are being given in accordance with New Hampshire law
Assist with team scheduling and timekeeping activities
Attend daily In-Park Revenue meetingsand participate in Living Shores MOD program.
Manage cateringprogram, support special events and other group sales initiatives
Maintainaccuratelevels of inventory and fillout order requests for your location
Ensure locations remain clean and stocked.
Provide retail staff with new productdeliverieslabels for tagging. Run re-stock product from upstairs stockroom to retail shop.
Complete any requesteddaily/weekly documentation.
Effectively manage waste/spoilage/damages
Manage any team member corrective actions.
Coordinate team member lunch and break periods.
Communicate pertinent information betweenmanagement and team members.
Create a guest-focusedatmosphere to ensure great guest experience.
Manage compliance with NH State Health Department and other inspectors/auditors in your locations.
ObtainServSafecertification (training provided).
Report any potential safety hazards and maintenance requests to management.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Practical knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) technology and PCI compliance is preferred
Ability to handle private and confidential information with highest discretion
Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information.
Able to positively engage with guests to promote sales
Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food & beverage/retail standard operation procedures.
Able to lift light loads (25 lbs.,)to stand for prolonged periods of time (5+hours,)bend/squat, reach and climb/descend stairs(sometimes while carrying boxes)
Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
Locate packing slips on deliveries andbring to IPR office to initiate shipment processing
