
Reporting to the Sodexo Management Team Offshore and closely linked to our Work Preparer and General Manager onshore, you will have strong experience across both reactive and preventative maintenance, SAP experience and familiar with permits, isolations, reading schematic drawings, monitoring inventory and working in a secure, isolated 'site' controlled environment. Offshore experience will be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for adhering to the preventative maintenance and inspection schedule set for the facility which includes equipment associated within the living quarters bounds (ie. cabins, bathrooms, stairwells, kitchen, common spaces etc). Additionally, corrective maintenance will be varied - repairing, replacing and making safe adhoc Handyperson tasks in a timely manner as directed by your manager.
You will interface with our Client on site and work closely with Subcontractors engaged by Sodexo for specialist scopes of work.
This fast pace role requires an adaptable individual as the daily tasks vary depending on operations and changes in requirements

The following (current) prerequisite training requirements apply to this role:
You will be required to undertake and successfully complete a site-specific medical including drug & alcohol screening, induction, permit to work training, competent electrical person and isolating authority as per site access requirements.
If you have 2 years+ experience offshore or FIFO onshore, completing facilities maintenance and inspections to an agreed schedule and assisting with the provision of electrical and associated services and duties to contribute to the smooth overall running of the living quarters. You'll be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure prompt and professional service in dealing with all stakeholders.
You display a strong sense of teamwork with excellent, discreet customer service, ensure presentation and service is carried out to the client standards, have excellent time management skills, adhere to all workplace safety requirements and carry out other reasonable duties as designated by the manager.
If you have exceptional communication skills and are well presented at all times, can be ready to ‘hit the ground running’ with a desire to excel, experience working in a similar role, preferably in similar environment we would like to hear from you.
You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise work and exercise discretion within established policies, guidelines and procedures, have excellent attention to detail and ability to work with without constant supervision along with proven ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with positive attitude
