Job Description

The Livestream Producer for AI (AnyLive) manages end-to-end production, from planning and scripting to live broadcast direction. The role ensures seamless AI integration, oversees creative and technical execution, and leverages performance insights to optimize future shows.

What You'll Do

• AI Livestream Strategy- Develop and execute AI livestream strategies aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and audience behavior. Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall livestream performance through content planning, optimization, and innovation.
• Script Creation - Develop engaging and conversion-driven livestream scripts tailored to campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences to maximize viewer engagement and sales performance.
• Voice Generation - Create, optimize, and manage AI-generated voice assets, ensuring natural delivery, accurate pronunciation, and alignment with brand tone and messaging.
• Video Conceptualization & Production - Conceptualize, plan, and produce AI livestream video content, including storyboarding, visual direction, asset preparation, and coordination of video creation workflows.
• Data Analysis & Reporting - Monitor livestream performance metrics, analyze key data points, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Livestream Monitoring - Oversee AI livestream operations to ensure smooth execution, content accuracy, platform compliance, and uninterrupted viewer experience throughout the broadcast.
• Livestream Optimization - Continuously optimize scripts, AI avatars, voice settings, product presentation, and livestream strategies based on performance data, audience behavior, and business objectives to drive higher engagement and sales results.

Who You Are

• Creative Writing: 1-3 years of experience in creative writing, screenwriting, or copywriting, with a focus on writing character-specific dialogue.
• AI Scripting: Proven ability to write compelling dialogue and map out conversational flows for interactive or AI-driven characters.
• Coordination: Excellent organizational skills for coordinating scripts, visual assets, and working collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced live environment requiring flexibility in scheduling
• Preferably 1-2yrs e-commerce experience on major ecommerce platform, because the role is sales-driven and the platform context matters more than video production and should be familiar with marketplace dashboard for report creation and running livestreams within the platform.
