What you will do:
Reporting to the Agriculture Division Manager, the Livestock Specialist is responsible for managing the products and service portfolios relevant to animal production. By understanding the business challenges and needs of our livestock producers, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service by demonstrating your problem-solving skills, drawing on both your knowledge and personal experience to provide meaningful solutions for our members. You will be motivated to drive the business forward, and you possess the passion and skills to foster meaningful change and sustainable growth.
This position is required to balance time effectively and consistently between in-store presence and occasional travel in the trade area to deliver expertise, products, and service. We expect that you will actively contribute to the rural communities to which we belong. We are looking for a leader that understands the needs of the agricultural livestock producer and who will support our members by putting people first in the delivery of value and excellence.
