We offer a blend of: Work from home (online delivery of Tier 1) with face-to-face delivery locally ( within 1 hour of home) of Tier 2 programmes

Your lived experience is essential to delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism We will fully fund your training and support you every step of the way so you can become a confident Co-Trainer, delivering sessions online and (if you choose) in person.
You will always work alongside an experienced Facilitator Trainer who will support you throughout.
