About the team

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimise TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations and communication with top creators, providing timely solutions to their questions and operational needs.

- Identify and build relationships with high-potential creators, offering operational guidance and growth recommendations.

- Analyze creator performance data to identify growth patterns and best practices, and help scale successful creator strategies.

- Develop creator education materials, including operational guides, training decks, and learning resources.

- Support campaign execution and other creator growth initiatives when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Broadcasting, or related discipline.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with creators.

- Basic data analysis skills, e.g. Excel

- Familiar with live-streaming or creator economy ecosystem.

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Start date: Full time internship availability starting January 2027, for a duration of 6 months

- SQL/Python data skills is preferred

- Strong interest in entertainment live-streaming is preferred
