Job Description

  • Perform assignments as identified by assigned internship mentor.
  • Attend team meetings within the assigned functional area.
  • Develop and execute processes and procedures, alleviating challenges within the functional area.
  • Prepare and present formal presentations to various levels of management.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled as a degree seeking student at an accredited college.
  • Preferred degrees are Agriculture, Poultry or Animal Science, Environmental or Safety Sciences or other closely related fields.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient data collection, analytical and computer skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with desire to learn, and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
