As one of key pillars of TikTok Shop growth in UK, LIVE Operations team is responsible for building a strong pool of livestream merchants/creators through various key initiatives, establishing C-end live mindset among users, and driving GMV growth through livestream commerce.

Responsibility

- Assist in conducting detailed data analysis for informed business decision

- Assist in key central project facilitation and deeply engage in operational details to drive GMV impact (end-to-end delivery from live registration to post-live review)

- Assist in live playbook definition and development (integrating US/China good practices with UK characteristics) and help on dissemination of playbook through training organization (webinars, offline events, community management, etc.)

- Assist in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, recommendation, GNE teams) for landing tactics and removing roadblocks to drive project success

- Deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis of livestream performance
