What You Will Do:

• Plan and coordinate all technical and operational aspects for each live streaming session.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from live streaming.
• Monitor revenue performance from each live session and analyze factors that influence it.
• Analyze performance data from each live session and create reports that illustrate trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Use insights to suggest new strategies that can increase engagement and revenue.
• Develop long-term solutions to improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Have min. 3-5 years experience as Live Streaming Operation, Live streamer Lead.
• Deep understanding of streaming platforms and related technologies.
• Ability to analyze performance data and use that information to develop business strategies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, and be prepared to handle emergency situations.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
