Job Description

A mature couple in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Live-In Housekeeper for their primary residence, a single-family home in an exclusive gated community.

The couple spend about three months each summer in Aspen and are looking for someone who can provide regular household support in Boca Raton and travel to Aspen for a few weeks during the summer. There may also be some downtime during the summer when the candidate can return to Florida while the family remains in Aspen.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 10:00 AM to 6:00/7:00 PM, with weekends off. Some flexibility may be needed for occasional weekend hours.

The couple’s adult children live nearby, and their grandchildren visit from time to time. No childcare is required, but the candidate should be comfortable and friendly around children.

.Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the residence
• Deep cleaning as needed
• Laundry and garment care
• Knowledgeable care of high-end clothing and delicate fabrics
• Ironing and pressing, including bed sheets and pillowcases
• Cleaning and organizing the refrigerator.
• Closet organization
• Proper care of high-end surfaces, furnishings, and household items
• Occasional simple, light cooking approximately twice per week
• Light pet-care small hypoallergenic poodle
• General household organization and maintaining a clean, orderly environment

Requirements

• Live-in candidate required
• English speaker; Tagalog is a plus
• Strong references from previous employers
• Experienced with high-end homes, furnishings, clothing, and laundry care
• Strong housekeeping, organization, and attention to detail
• Professional, discreet, reliable, and organized
• Flexible to travel to Aspen for a few weeks during the summer

Live-In Accommodations

A private, semi-detached apartment is provided and includes a full kitchen and private entry – Live-In Year round

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$90,000 annual salary
• Private semi-detached apartment with full kitchen
