Job Description

A UHNW family based in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Live-In Domestic Couple to manage and maintain a newly built luxury estate. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a highly professional couple with a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in UHNW private households.

The property spans approximately 25,000 sq. ft. on several acres and includes extensive outdoor grounds, with a detached guest house provided for staff accommodation. The household has no children or pets, and there is a dedicated chef on staff, so no cooking is required.

The family has very high standards for cleanliness, presentation, discretion, and overall household care. This role is best suited for a proactive, detail-oriented couple with a calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and service-oriented mindset, who take pride in delivering exceptional service, anticipating needs, and seamlessly managing both the interior and exterior aspects of a luxury residence.

Key Responsibilities

Houseman / Handyman

• Oversee general maintenance and upkeep of the estate (interior and exterior)
• Maintain outdoor areas, including grounds, exterior furniture, and tennis court
• Manage vehicles (cleaning, fueling, basic maintenance coordination)
• Provide occasional driving for the principal
• Perform window cleaning, deep floor cleaning, and heavy-duty tasks
• Assist with household setups, events, and general operational needs
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed

Housekeeper

• Perform full-charge housekeeping duties to UHNW standards
• Daily cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all interior spaces
• Laundry care, ironing, wardrobe management, and garment care
• Fine surface care including polishing silver and specialty materials
• Ensure the home is maintained in immaculate, guest-ready condition at all times
• Assist with household organization and inventory management

Additional Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with HNW/UHNW families
• Fluent in English
• Must hold valid U.S. passports (travel required)
• Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication between partners
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally ( housekeeper candidate expected to travel with the family)
• Flexible schedule with willingness to adapt to the household’s needs
• Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy at all times
• Yachting or luxury hospitality background is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 (DOE, combined) based on experience
• Accommodation: Private detached guest house provided
• Long-term, stable position within a well-managed household
