Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing eyewear brand seeking a highly motivated Live Commerce & Creator Partnerships Specialist to drive sales growth through livestream commerce, creator partnerships, and social selling channels.
This role will focus on identifying, recruiting, and managing creators, influencers, and livestream sellers who can promote and sell products through platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and other emerging social commerce channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, social commerce, or livestream selling, with a strong ability to build relationships and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Creator & Livestream Seller Recruitment
Research and identify creators, influencers, affiliates, and livestream sellers aligned with the brand's target audience.
Proactively recruit and onboard creators to participate in sales and promotional campaigns.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential creator and livestream partners.
Identify emerging creators and trends within relevant communities and social platforms.
Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with creators and partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for creator partnerships.
Coordinate product seeding, campaign participation, and promotional activities.
Support creators with information, resources, and campaign requirements.
Live Commerce & Sales Growth
Coordinate livestream selling opportunities across multiple platforms.
Work closely with creators to maximize sales performance and audience engagement.
Track campaign performance, conversion metrics, and partnership effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through social commerce initiatives.
Research & Market Intelligence
Monitor social commerce trends and competitor activities.
Research new platforms, communities, and livestream opportunities.
Provide recommendations to improve partnership and sales strategies.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership databases.
Track outreach activity, campaign results, and sales performance.
Prepare regular reports on creator activity and partnership outcomes.
Requirements
Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or business development.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and social media ecosystems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong research and prospecting abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with online tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Experience
TikTok Shop experience.
Livestream commerce or livestream sales experience.
E-commerce, fashion, eyewear, or consumer products experience.
Experience managing affiliate or creator programs.
