Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven talent for a Chopper to work with our Culinary team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

  • Cook food in a timely manner
  • Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
  • Monitor food stock and place orders
  • Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
  • Support for kitchen preparations
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or in free-standing Chinese restaurant with a good reputation and most talked-about
  • Has in-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable.
  • Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality or a related major is required. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
