We are currently seeking experienced attorneys across all of our offices to serve as Staff Attorneys.
MGC Staff Attorneys enjoy negotiable billable hour requirements, flexible scheduling arrangements, and remote work options. We recognize that experienced attorneys may seek different approaches to practice, and we strive to provide flexibility that supports both professional excellence and individual needs. Attorneys without prior civil litigation experience will not be considered.

Compensation:
The annualized salary range for this position is $90,000-$150,000. Actual pay will be determined based on total and relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This salary range reflects the firm's standard billable hour expectation for associate attorneys. Candidates who are hired with a mutually agreed-upon reduced billable hour requirement will have compensation adjusted accordingly.
