A mid-sized, general practice law firm in Gwinnett County is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a collaborative, team-oriented practice.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial prep
• Draft, revise, and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
• Obtain, review, and track medical records, billing, and expert materials
• Organize evidence, assist with discovery, and maintain accurate case documentation
• Communicate with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of litigation experience (personal injury and medical malpractice required)
• Strong knowledge of e-filing and court procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and case management tasks
• Paralegal certificate a plus
