Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial.
  • Propound and respond to extensive discovery.
  • Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies.
  • Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists.
  • Calendaring
  • Noticing Depositions and other Hearings.
  • Setting up Court Call and Appearance Attorneys.
  • Organize documents for filing.
  • Drafting correspondence.
  • Special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases.
  • Previous experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to details and work ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: $30-$50 per hour.
