Our award-winning client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys throughout the litigation process. You will manage case files, conduct legal research, prepare documents, and assist with trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and accessible.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support attorney arguments.
• Review and analyze documents for relevance and potential evidentiary value.
• Assist with discovery processes, including preparing responses to interrogatories and document requests.
• Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and assisting with other trial-related tasks.
• Manage electronic discovery processes, including data collection, review, and production.
• Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and deadlines.
• Interact with clients and court officials in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong proficiency in legal research databases and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
