The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and other case team members on the firm’s cases to deliver best-in-class services to clients. This position requires significant experience with Delaware Chancery Court proceedings, and other complex federal and state civil litigation, including the organization of documents and evidence, case filings, preparation for depositions, court hearings and trial, and working with e-discovery and case management software. This position will have primary responsibility for filings and ensuring filing requirements and court rules are met.
