Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Compensation: $70,000- $90,000
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as a Paralegal
- Civil, Construction, Employment, Personal Injury background preferred
- Pre-litigation and litigation support experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial binders, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research, manage case files, and maintain organized document systems.
- Coordinate discovery responses, document production, and deposition preparation.
- Draft, review, and summarize legal and case-related materials.
- Maintain communication with clients, court staff, and external parties.
- Assist with trial preparation and provide case support as needed.
- Support attorneys across commercial, construction, real estate, and related litigation matters.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process, including state and federal court procedures.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English
