The Position

ADI isseekinga highly organized and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support employment and nonIP litigation matters globally. This role works closely with attorneys specializing in these areas and contributes to a highperforming, crossfunctional legal team. The position reports to theSeniorDirector,Litigation andEmployment,within ADI’s Legal and Risk Optimization organization and is based in Wilmington, MA.

Key Responsibilitiesinclude:

A. Litigation, Claims,and InvestigationsCase Management

- Coordinate, organize, andmaintainlitigation, claims, and employment-related investigations in matter management systems (Legal Tracker and Navex) and document repository (SharePoint).

- Manage intake and triage of litigation and employment investigations globally.

- Manage endtoend litigation, claims,and investigationsprocesses, including matter creation, legal holds, outside counsel engagement,evidence collection and preservation, e-discovery, and matter resolution.

-Maintainand manage the litigation calendar, tracking deadlines and key milestones.

-Drafts andformatspleadings and other litigation filings, responses to charges and other agency filings,responses to demands, and other communications under the supervision of attorneys.

- Applies detailed knowledge of court rules, agency procedures, and filing requirements to prepare andsubmitaccurate,timelyfilings. Anticipates procedural next steps and organizes tasks for attorneys.

- Efficiently useslegal research tools and procedural knowledge to gather relevant case law, statutes, and facts.

- Coordinate and QC document productions,including ediscovery workflows in partnership with IT, HR, and outside vendors.

- Prepare and manage responses to thirdparty subpoenas and requests forinformation fromexternal stakeholders (such asgovernment agencies)and internal stakeholders

- Support management of outsidecounselincluding engagement letters and invoice review andengagewith Legal Operations on law firm management matters.

B Employment,Laborand Immigration Team Support

-Manageintake and triage ofemployment, labor,and immigrationmatters

-SupportEmploymentand Laborattorneys withfact development,document review, timelines,data analysis, and management of data and records for employment matters.

- Assistwith drafting employment-related documents and template updates.

- Supportthe preparation and filing of documents foradministrative agencymatters pending before the EEOCand state fair employment practices agencies, the Department of Labor, and otherglobal equivalents.

- Conduct preliminary legal research related to employmentlaws andregulationsunder the supervision of attorneys.

- Supportcross-functional projects includingpolicy administration, regulatory filings,diligenceefforts, transaction support, data reporting projects, and coordination with G&A.

- Engage regularly with cross-functional stakeholders includingHR, Compliance, Payroll, Finance, IT, Security, and G&A leadership.

C Systems, Data, and Process Management

- Administer litigation and investigationtracking and document repositorysystems, including Legal Tracker, Navex, and SharePoint.

- Develop and update trackers for legislation and regulatory developments;managestakeholder notifications.

-Generate data concerning litigation and investigation matters and prepare stakeholder reports.

-Identifyand implement process improvements for litigation andinvestigationworkflows.

D Documentation, Communication & Coordination

- Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro.

- Coordinate witness interviews and manage relatedlogistics

E Leadership & Process Ownership

- Serve as a lead resource for litigation, claims,andinvestigationsworkflows.

-Identifyrisk areas, propose mitigation approaches, and recommend improvements.

- Act asaprimary liaison with outside counsel and internal partners.

Other duties may be assigned to support the Litigation and Employment functionorLegal and Risk Optimization organization asdeterminedby leadership.

RequiredQualifications:

-Minimum5+yearsparalegal experience supporting litigation.

- Fluent in English

- Experience managing sensitive and confidential matters.

- Highproficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel,and Adobe Pro.

-Excellentcommunication, organization, and multitasking skills.

- Experience handling administrative agency matters.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Solutionsoriented team player.

-Identifyrisk areas, propose mitigation approaches, and recommend improvements.

- Act asaprimary liaison with outside counsel and internal partners.

PreferredQualifications:

- Experience with Legal Tracker, Navex.

- Experience in a corporate legal department.

- Experience supporting investigations.

- Strong knowledge of civilprocedure, discovery rules, ESI practices.

  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
