Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support the legal team in managing cases involving criminal gangs who dishonestly take company assets, particularly vehicles.
Assist in the follow-up of recovery operations to ensure successful collection of damages in line with company goals.
Coordinate debt recovery tasks, including monitoring overdue accounts, and follow up with clients and legal representatives.
Review and verify legal documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to filing or submission.
Assist in gathering facts, personal testimonies, and documentary evidence for use in legal proceedings.
Monitor the progress of criminal and civil litigation to ensure timely actions within the statute of limitations.
Coordinate with police officers and relevant parties in enforcing arrest warrants and court judgments.
Follow up and expedite the work of external law firms handling litigation cases to ensure timely and effective legal action.
Perform other duties as assigned by the legal management team.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.
At least 13 years of experience in a legal or debt recovery role.
Possession of a valid drivers license and ability to travel.
Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
Knowledge of Thai language is a plus.
Strong responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
Willing to travel to provinces occasionally.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
