Join our Litigation Team as a Legal Support Specialist located in our Northern Virginia office.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who will provide organizational and practice specific assistance to attorneys in the Litigation Department. Assisting attorneys with preparing cases from onset through post-trial, including related research and analysis. The qualified candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized, efficient manner. With a dedicated work ethic and a can-do attitude, you will take initiative and approach challenges with confidence and resilience. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively across teams and delivering exceptional client service. This role will be based in our Northern Virginia office, on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Talent Services Manager.
The Legal Support Specialist provides advanced administrative support to attorneys engaged in complex litigation matters. This role requires expertise in litigation procedures, document management, and case preparation from onset through post-trial. Extensive experience in litigation support and proficiency with relevant software are essential. This candidate should be flexible to work overtime as needed.
