Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3+ PQE)

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (with plenty of room for growth).

A fast-growing, business-focused law firm that's been shaking up the legal world since 2019. We've grown by over 1000% (yes, really) and moved into a swanky, open-plan office just 5 minutes from Haywards Heath train station perfect for plotting legal strategies over coffee. Our clients include tech startups, ambitious owner-managed businesses, and companies with disputes that need sharp legal minds (that's where you come in).

The Role

You'll be handling an exciting variety of disputes, including:

• ️Corporate and commercial battles (boardroom bust-ups, contract showdowns, and shareholder scuffles)️
• Property disputes (because neighbours and landlords will always find something to argue about)️
• Intellectual property fights (someone copied your clients genius idea? Time to step in!)️
• Employment disputes (sorting out workplace drama before it gets out of hand)
• ️Wills and probate spats (because family gatherings aren't dramatic enough already)

You'll be leading cases, working with a highly skilled (and fun) team, and mentoring trainees and paralegals who look up to you like a legal guru. Expect plenty of responsibility, variety, and career-boosting experience.

 What Were Looking For (Apart from a Great Sense of Humour)

• 0-3+ years PQE with County Court/High Court experience (no first-time litigators, please).
• A brain wired for problem-solving and a mouth skilled at persuading.
• The ability to work independently but also play nicely with the team.
• A sharp eye for detail (we see you, perfectionists).
• High standards in client service, presentation, and general legal brilliance.
• Some level of tech-savviness (if you call IT every time your email crashes, this might not be for you).
• A love of business, entrepreneurship, and making clients happy.
• The ability to keep cool under pressure bonus points if you can crack a joke while doing so.
