managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, ensuring efficient and
effective case handling while delivering excellent client service. This
role requires strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of
  litigation matters from inception to conclusion, including but not
  limited to commercial disputes, personal injury claims, employment
  disputes, and property litigation.
• Client Interaction: Provide clear and concise legal
  advice to clients, maintaining regular communication and managing their
  expectations throughout the legal process.
• Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file legal
  documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles,
  ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules and procedures.
• Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes while minimising costs and risks.
• Court Representation: Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings as necessary.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Billing and Time Recording: Accurately record time spent on cases and manage billing processes in line with firm policies.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining high standards of professional conduct and confidentiality.
