A large, nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Docketing Specialist to join its team. This role is responsible for managing critical litigation deadlines and maintaining accurate electronic calendars across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Review pleadings, court notices, orders, and other documents to identify and calendar applicable deadlines
• Create and update litigation events and deadlines using CompuLaw
• Calculate deadlines based on federal, state, local, and agency rules
• Monitor docketing information for accuracy and ensure critical dates are properly maintained
• Research court rules, procedures, and changes across various jurisdictions
• Communicate with attorneys, staff, and court personnel regarding deadlines and docketing matters
• Prepare routine and special docketing reports as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation docketing experience
• Experience with a rules-based calendaring system such as CompuLaw, CourtAlert, and/or eDockets
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures
• Ability to interpret pleadings, court documents, and complex calendaring rules
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
