Our client, one of the world's leading international law firms, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate to join its Singapore office. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex, cross-border disputes while contributing to a dynamic and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload including commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigations, and financial crime
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients with professionalism and precision
• Draft and review legal documents to the highest standards
• Lead trial preparation and develop effective litigation strategies
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with partners and peers to drive team success
• Mentor junior lawyers and support their development
• Stay current on legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in litigation/arbitration from a reputable firm.
• Admitted to the Singapore Bar, New York Bar, or a common law jurisdiction
• Strong academic background and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• Resilient, deadline-driven, and team-oriented
