What You Will Do
- Manage a diverse caseload, including complex litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective case resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic legal solutions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case arguments and strategies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on legal trends and developments to provide informed counsel to clients.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 7–15 years of experience in litigation, with a strong track record of success in the courtroom.
- Active admission to the Texas bar and in good standing, with a comprehensive understanding of Texas legal statutes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.

- Experience in a fast-paced law firm environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $190K to $220K, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting top talent. Additionally, there are opportunities for non-equity partnership and an "of counsel" track for career advancement.
