Providence Staffing’s client is seeking a Rhode Island–licensed Personal Injury Attorney dedicated to representing injury victims in their fight against large insurance companies in Providence, RI. Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle personal injury litigation matters from case intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop and execute effective litigation and trial strategies to secure favorable outcomes.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality case preparation.
• Contribute to firm growth while gaining significant trial and courtroom experience

Ideal Candidate

• Active Rhode Island law license (required)
• Demonstrated litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Comfortable handling court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
