Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters, with a primary focus on domestic law.
• Support and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, including probate litigation and business divorces.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Contribute to a collaborative team while also building an independent practice.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 4–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to family/domestic law.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Willingness to focus primarily on domestic law while assisting with probate and business divorce matters.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
