Job Description


This is a remote position.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Assistant to join a growing legal team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to international candidates only.
Applicants must have prior litigation experience and must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation cases

  • Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure all case materials are up to date

  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and third parties in both English and Spanish

  • Coordinate filings, discovery, and document production

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant case records


Qualifications:


  • Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both written and verbal communication)

  • Required: Prior experience working as a Litigation Assistant or in a litigation-focused legal support role

  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and legal terminology

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment

  • Strong professional communication skills

  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
