What you'll do:

• Open new cases in the CRM System (Salesforce/Litify)
• Complete Personal Injury Protection Applications
• Review and Compile all medical records for PIP Demands
• Communicate with various health agencies
• Assist with Pre-Litigation and Litigation Case Duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in a professional services office or other legal support function
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must be an out-of-the-box thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and self-starter
• Punctual and reliable
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree
