Job Description

About Greenberg Gross LLP

Greenberg Gross LLP is a premier plaintiff trial litigation firm with offices across multiple states, headquartered in Orange County, CA. Our firm is built on a commitment to fighting for survivors and holding wrongdoers accountable. As we continue to invest in legal technology that enhances how we serve our clients, we are implementing Litify and we are seeking a Litify Administrator to help lead that effort and grow into a broader role shaping our legal technology strategy over time.

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated Litify resource at GG. You will own the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of our Litify environment, working directly with firm leadership to align the platform with how we run our practice. As the firm grows its legal technology footprint, this role is designed to grow with it - including the potential to build and lead a broader tech team over time. The responsibilities outlined below reflect the current core of the role, but we're looking for someone comfortable taking on new tools, projects, and priorities as our needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Configuration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the firm's Litify environment, managing all configuration, customization, and day-to-day operations
  • Configure Litify objects, Lightning pages, page layouts, custom fields, quick actions, record types, and validation rules to support legal workflows
  • Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other declarative tools to reduce manual work across intake, case management, and settlement processes
  • Install, configure, and manage third-party AppExchange integrations and other platform connections (document management, e-signature, communication tools, etc.)
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and org-wide security settings for onboarding and offboarding

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation; oversee data migration and import activities using tools such as the Apex Data Loader
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for attorneys, practice group leaders, and firm management covering caseloads, pipeline, productivity, and financial metrics
  • Develop and enforce data governance standards and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

Implementation & Project Management

  • Lead the firm's initial Litify rollout in coordination with the Litify implementation team, managing project timelines, requirements gathering, testing, and go-live activities
  • Participate in discovery sessions to translate attorney and staff workflows into platform configurations and solutions
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancement requests and bug fixes, communicating timelines and progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct QA testing prior to deploying changes to production

Training, Support & Documentation

  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert and first point of contact for Litify support questions and escalated tickets
  • Develop user guides and trainings for staff
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform adoption, user experience, and operational efficiency across the firm

Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison with Litify's support and customer success teams, managing the firm's relationship with the platform vendor
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Stay current on Salesforce and Litify product releases, evaluating new features for firm applicability
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities across the firm's broader technology and operations functions as they arise, and support other initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201), or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including areas such as user management, flow automation, reports/dashboards, and security configuration
  • Experience with or strong working knowledge of Litify or Salesforce Service Cloud in a legal environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools
  • Familiarity with data management tools including Apex Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with both attorneys and technical staff

Preferred

  • Direct experience implementing or administering Litify at a plaintiff litigation firm
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce or AI-assisted workflow tools
  • Experience with legal-adjacent integrations such as document management, e-signature, intake platforms, or settlement/disbursement tools
  • Exposure to legal accounting platforms (FinancialForce, Accounting Seed) is a plus
  • Experience building out a Salesforce practice at an early-stage deployment (i.e., greenfield implementation experience)

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to own and shape the firm's legal technology infrastructure from day one
  • Collaborative, mission-driven environment
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and firm holidays
  • Remote work schedule with flexibility
  • Room to grow: as the firm's Litify practice expands, this role is expected to evolve in scope and seniority

This job description is intended to convey the general nature of the role. Duties, responsibilities, and priorities may change or expand over time to meet the firm's needs.

Greenberg Gross LLP

About Greenberg Gross LLP

Greenberg Gross LLP is a nationally recognized plaintiff trial law firm representing individuals and families in life-altering disputes against powerful institutions. Founded in 2013, the firm serves clients across California, Nevada, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire, with a national reach wherever people need us most. We do not believe justice should be limited by geography. When harm occurs, we go where the fight is.

Recognized by U.S. News as one of the nation’s Best Law Firms, Greenberg Gross is known for excellence in high-stakes litigation, securing multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements against major corporations and institutions. Our trial reputation often drives early resolutions.

Our strength is both our results and our people. Our attorneys are consistently recognized among leading trial lawyers by prominent legal and business publications, reflecting peer respect and sustained excellence.

Every matter is built for trial from day one. Strategy, discovery, and advocacy are shaped with the courtroom in mind, a trial-first approach that powers success in complex, high-profile cases.

Today, we focus on sexual assault litigation, employment disputes, elder abuse, and catastrophic personal injury. These areas share a common thread: abuses of power by institutions entrusted with people’s lives.

Employment cases are deeply personal. Work is identity, stability, and dignity, and misconduct at work can harm far beyond lost income.

We are trauma-informed and client-centered. We listen first, advocate fiercely, and never lose sight of the human story. We are trial-tested, plaintiff-focused, and relentless in the pursuit of justice.
