Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Lithuanian-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. You will be the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking clients, delivering exceptional customer solutions tailored to their needs to maximize satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities
- Provide effective customer support to Lithuanian-speaking clients
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solutions provided
- Identify opportunities for service improvements based on feedback
- Assist in the onboarding and training processes for new clients
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles is preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
